The 15th Koszalin Rally – a nationwide car rally

This year, our city is celebrating its 760th anniversary, and as always, our rally will be one of the highlights of the festivities. The Koszalin Rally will be held for the 15th time, so this is also a small milestone for us and an occasion to celebrate. And of course, we celebrate best when we’re together with you—the competitors, fans, and journalists. We invite all motorsport enthusiasts to Koszalin on May 24 to gather along the rally route, where almost any driver can participate. This is possible because the rally will be held in the KJS format, in which even a completely stock car can compete. The only requirements are a valid vehicle inspection and liability insurance, a first-aid kit, and helmets for the driver and co-driver. And what have we prepared for this year’s edition? There will be some new features—most notably, the nature of the special stages will change—they will be slightly faster and smoother. We will also introduce a new way of marking them so that the driving direction is clearer. In total, three very diverse stages await you, all taking place on flat surfaces, and each one will need to be completed three times. The entire rally route will be extremely compact, as over one-third of its length consists of special stages. After completing all nine stages, we’ll find out who will be the winner of this anniversary edition of the rally. The winners’ ceremony will take place at one of the most unusual and spectacular special stages in rallying history—on the roof of the FORUM Koszalin Shopping Center!
