"In the World of Bees" Eco-Picnic

The central theme is the natural world, and the project is titled "In the World of Bees." The project is co-financed by Western Pomerania through the "Społecznik na 5" program, "a program initiated by the Marshal of the West Pomeranian Province." The project involves organizing and holding a picnic aimed at promoting knowledge about bees, their protection, and ecological methods of supporting them. The goal of the picnic is to combat bee extinction. The venue is the recreation and leisure area in Smolęcin, Kołbaskowo Municipality. The project includes planting honey-producing and ornamental plants that are bee-friendly, as well as promoting knowledge about bees through an educational talk led by beekeepers, with a strong emphasis on the participation and engagement of children and youth. The picnic will feature other animals, including alpacas and horses. Provision of refreshments for participants; a bonfire or barbecue in a designated area; eco-themed games and activities for children and adults; and children’s entertainment.
