1st International Chess Festival "Crown of the Drawsko Lake District"

On August 29–30, 2026, the 1st International Chess Festival “Korona Pojezierza Drawskiego” will take place at Lubie Resort in Gudowo. The event will bring together children, teenagers, and adults—including both novice chess enthusiasts and more experienced players from Poland and abroad. Participants will compete in several tournament groups, with the opportunity to earn chess titles and FIDE ratings. The festival is not only a sporting competition but also an opportunity to socialize, develop a passion for the game, and spend a unique weekend by the picturesque Lake Lubie. We invite players, families, and all fans of the “royal game”! Co-funded by the State Budget, administered by the Ministry of Sport and Tourism as part of the “Aktywni Lokalnie” program.
