Fruit and ornamental trees and shrubs (deciduous and coniferous), perennials, rhizomes and flower bulbs, ornamental grasses, climbing plants, rose bushes, heather, fresh herbs, and potted plants—all in numerous varieties, including well-known and beloved ones, as well as often completely new and collector’s items—will be offered by growers who are coming specifically to Wały Chrobrego from many regions of Poland, some even from far away, as well as local gardeners from Szczecin and the surrounding area.
There will also be handicrafts, including ceramics, small garden ornaments, fish and plants for ponds, tools, and mechanical equipment. “Remember the Gardens” also features a regional food fair, known as “Wałówka with Delicacies.” On Szczerbcowa Street, vendors will include producers of baked goods, cured meats, cheeses, preserves, sweets, and craft beers. There will also be an abundance of honey from the best apiaries, as well as vegetables and fruits—all particularly sought after in the fall.
