The Dziwnów Digital Future Festival is a modern educational and gaming event that brings together the worlds of esports, new technologies, and responsible internet use. The festival is primarily aimed at elementary and secondary school students from the Western Pomerania region, but its format also makes it appealing to all enthusiasts of gaming and innovation.
The goal of the event is to develop digital competencies and promote a responsible approach to technology. Through participation in esports tournaments, workshops, and interactive activities, participants gain knowledge in the areas of cybersecurity, digital well-being, and the ethical use of games. On Saturday, April 18, the Polish Championship finals will take place, featuring the best players, a professional esports stage, multimedia production, and live commentary.
Two main zones will be set up during the event. The educational zone will offer workshops and lectures on topics such as online data protection, cyber threats, in-game microtransactions, and the physical and mental health of gamers. The gaming zone will provide access to modern equipment, consoles, and VR technology, as well as the opportunity to participate in numerous activities—from esports competitions to recreational and retro games.
Additional attractions will include open “Free to Play” zones featuring games that promote cooperation and creativity, as well as a digital sports zone where participants will compete in titles such as EA FC 25 and VR activities. The program also includes sports simulators and drone races.
The event is organized by the Municipality of Dziwnów, in cooperation with the Ministry of Digital Affairs and the Polish Esports Association. The festival aims not only to provide high-quality entertainment, but above all to educate, integrate the local community, and promote healthy and responsible attitudes in the digital world.
