A Literary Feast – Children’s Day with an Author and Illustrator. Join us for a meeting with Zofia Stanecka and Marianna Oklejak, who brought Basia and her heartwarming world to life. Find out who is behind these stories that are so dear to the hearts of children and parents alike. The first adventures of 5-year-old Basia appeared in 2008, meaning she has been accompanying readers for over 15 years. The series includes over 80 titles that tell the story of the preschooler’s daily life, her family, and her friends. The books about Basia also served as the basis for an animated series, which debuted in 2016 and continues to air on both the big and small screens. Come meet Miś Zdzisiek!
